FOR MOUTH-WATERING MOMENTS!

Elsa melts away! Elsa melts the outer layer of the cheese block (standard reclette blocks) in just the same ways as a cheese loaf melts on an open fire. Then you simply pull the Elsa’a Bakelite horns and the plate of cheese tilts towards the plate below. This position means that the cheese can be easily scrapped off the plate - a real raclette in traditional style!
